The PAL FilesAnywhere (FAW) facility is a means of exchanging files among PAL offices and between PAL and non-PAL entities.
1. The PAL FAW facility shall be used only for legitimate business purposes.
2. Users shall be responsible for ensuring that the facility is used in a professional, ethical and lawful manner.
3. The file transfer facility shall not be used for wrongful or fraudulent activity. Wrongful acts shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sending/receiving files whose contents are defamatory, embarrassing, fraudulent, harassing, intimidating, obscene, profane, sexually explicit or otherwise unlawful or inappropriate
- Sending proprietary data, trade secrets or other confidential information unless expressly authorized by the company
- Exchanging files that are protected under copyright law
4. PAL FAW account users shall only be allowed access to specific directories to which they are authorized and shall be limited to their prescribed access profile.
5. Users shall be allocated space in the PAL FAW facility. Additional space shall be provided only if justifiable.
6. Users shall be responsible to secure his/her own documents that are uploaded to the PAL FAW facility.
Philippine Airlines may revoke the access privilege of any PAL FAW account holder who is found to misuse this facility.
